MEMBERSHIP AND TERMS OF USE

The general terms of use of the site, general rules regarding this, and legal responsibilities are stated below.

It is recommended to read the User Agreement, which includes the terms, rules, and legal responsibilities stated below, before using www.truzcollagen.com.

If the stated terms are not suitable for you, please do not use the www.truzcollagen.com site. By using the site and filling out the form that will include your personal information, you are deemed to have accepted the terms written on these pages.

1. USE AND SECURITY RULES www.truzcollagen.com is open to all its members. Unless otherwise stated, the services provided on the site are free of charge.

In the following written cases, the site administration may prevent the member from using the site and reserves its legal rights regarding the person or persons involved in the following attempts:

1.a. Recording of incorrect, irregular, incomplete, and misleading information, expressions that do not comply with general morality rules, and information that contradicts the laws of the Republic of Turkey to the site.

1.b. Copying the site content in part or in whole without permission.

1.c. The User is directly responsible for any damage that may arise from sharing information such as user name and password given to users or determined by them, and usage rights, with third parties or organizations (use of this information by persons other than the user). Likewise, the User cannot use personal information such as IP address, e-mail address, user name belonging to someone else on the Internet environment, nor can they access or use the private information of other users without permission. The User is deemed to have accepted all kinds of legal and criminal liability that may arise from such use.

1.d. Using software that will threaten the security of the site, prevent the operation of the site and the software used, performing or attempting to perform activities, and obtaining, deleting, or changing information.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES 2.a. The information of users visiting www.truzcollagen.com (visit duration, time, pages viewed) is tracked in order to serve them better. This information is shared with companies with which we cooperate in advertising, etc., in order to expand and improve the content, adhering to confidentiality terms. The aim here is to improve the experience the site offers to its users and to develop www.truzcollagen.com.

2.c. All legal, criminal, and financial responsibilities that may arise due to use contrary to these notifications and laws belong to the User.

2.d. In case it is determined that the User does not comply with the obligations specified in this agreement or the general rules reported on the www.truzcollagen.com site, the User's benefit from www.truzcollagen.com may be prevented by www.truzcollagen.com for a limited or indefinite period and/or their account may be closed.

2.e. The User cannot engage in actions that prevent or make it difficult for other users and visitors to use www.truzcollagen.com, cannot force/lock servers or databases by loading automatic programs. They cannot attempt to cheat. They accept that their membership will be terminated in case of such attempts and accept all kinds of legal and criminal responsibility that may arise from the situation.

2.f. The User cannot delete or remove Copyright, Trademark, and all kinds of notes within the scope of the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works from any material copied or printed from www.truzcollagen.com.

2.g. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by the user via www.truzcollagen.com. The authority of the user who ends their membership to log in to the site will be cancelled. The person who cancels their membership accepts that this process is irreversible.

2.h. The relationships of site users with each other or with third parties are the responsibility of the individuals.

2.i. Different rules and obligations specific to that section may be specified in certain parts of the site. Persons and organizations using these sections are deemed to have accepted these rules specified in advance.

2.j. Please read the "Privacy Policy" section to read the precautions we take to protect the personal information and privacy of our users and our general policy on this subject.

2.k. The User accepts and undertakes that the payment information (credit card, GSM number information, etc.) to be used in shopping via the site is correct and that the legal and criminal responsibilities arising from these belong to them.

3. NOTIFICATION ADDRESSES 3.a. The www.truzcollagen.com site does not ask for postal addresses from its users in advance. However, the e-mail address notified by the user to www.truzcollagen.com is accepted as the e-mail where the legal address will be requested for all kinds of notifications to be made regarding this agreement.

3.b. The parties accept that unless they notify the other party in writing of changes in their current e-mails within 3 (three) days, requests made to the old e-mails will be valid and will be deemed to have been made to them.

3.c. Again, it will be accepted that any notification made by www.truzcollagen.com using the user's registered e-mail address reaches the user 1 (one) day after the e-mail is sent by www.truzcollagen.com.

The User declares, accepts, and undertakes that they have read, understood, and accepted all the articles in this participation agreement and confirmed the accuracy of the information they have given about themselves.
